This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

1. Information you voluntarily submit to PestsDiseases: We collect no personal information without your consent like name, email addresses, credit card numbers, etc. when you visit our website. If you choose to provide information to us, it is only used to fulfill your request for information. When you sign up for our newsletters, fill out a contact form, comment on any of our website posts, participate in a contest/promotion or respond to a survey, you may be asked to enter your name, and email address. We also collect Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of users leaving comments on website posts. IP addresses and email addresses are visible only to the website administrators.

2. Information collected and stored automatically – When you browse and read the information on this website, we automatically gather and store certain technical information about your visit. This information never identifies who you are. This information is only used to help us make the site more useful for you. With this data, we learn about the number of visitors to our site and the types of technology our visitors use. We never track or record information about individuals and their visits. 3. Log files: PestsDiseases makes use of log files. These files merely log visitors to the site – usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a part of hosting services analytics. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. We use an SSL certificate (HTTPS) by Let’s Encrypt installed through our web hosting provider Cloudways. Hypertext transfer protocol secure (HTTPS) is the secure version of HTTP, which is the primary protocol used to send data between a web browser and a website. HTTPS is encrypted in order to increase the security of data transfer. HTTPS  makes communication between your browser and the website encrypted.

We take precautions to protect the security of your information. We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use your information. However, neither people nor security systems are foolproof, including encryption systems. In addition, people can commit intentional crimes, make mistakes or fail to follow policies. Cloudways is the hosting provider of PestsDiseases. Cloudways own the servers where all the website content including the website users’ data is stored. So, Cloudways have access to this data. Social media Features / Buttons / Widgets

We may implement social media buttons and certain other widgets that allow our users to interact and share content such as the Facebook ‘Like’ button, Facebook ‘Comments’, the ‘Share this’ button, Tweet button, or interactive mini-programs that run on our website (‘Widgets’).
